Buying a block to add a tribute fast and easy. Visit The Memorial Wall home page and find and click any available space that you would like to purchase for just .99-cents, which helps support the site. After your selection you will be able to add your details and upload an image (or use one of oour provided images, if you prefer).

Once you have 'reserved' your spot, nobody else can select the same spot while you are completing the checkout process.

If don't have pictures of your own we have a selection of pictures that you can use at no additional charge. Simply choose one during checkout and it will appear in the block you have selected once payment is complete.

Payment

The Memorial Wall uses an automatic payment system so that you can get your order through instantly and pay with a credit card via PAYPAL (you do not need to join Paypal to make a payment). Paying is easy, secure at PayPal, the most trusted payment service online.

You can buy as many blocks as you like, as long as there are spaces available. Your tribute will appear following payment. If it does not appear immediately, please allow up to 24-hours as we check the system daily and manually add any that did not go through after a payment was made.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. Minimum Purchase: (1 Pixel block --- 40x40). Feel free to buy as many blocks as you like.
2. You are purchasing a tribute on The Memorial Wall that we guarantee will remain active for at least 2 years, ohterwise you may request a full refund.
3. Images must be in GIF or JPEG format AND NON-animated.
4. You can add an OPTIONAL link to your tribute image but links must be to web pages ONLY and begin with http://
5. After successful PayPal checkout, your spot will be reserved and you will see on your reserved spot. We will then verify your link, description and images. If payment is not received within 24-hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
6. YOUR TRIBUTE WILL NOT APPEAR UNTIL PAYMENT IS COMPLETED.
7. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNRELATED POSTS OR ADVERTISEMENTS. No obscene/offensive/adult/illegal images/links/descriptions will be accepted. We review all posts and decide what is appropriate for our site. If your submission is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative tribute. If you cannot provide an alternative within 24-hours, your reserved space will be canceled and you may contact support@mygriefspace.net and request a refund, otherwise one will NOT automatically be issued.
8. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult/illegal material then your posting(s) will be removed and the space will become publicly available again. You will not receive a refund in these instances.
9. You can request your image to be removed at any time but the space will become publicly available again and you will not receive a refund.
10. Although we will not change or remove your Tribute under normal circumstances, we reserve the right to do so under exceptional circumstances such as a court order, lawsuit or public outcry. When a removal happens, the space will be publicly available and you will not receive a refund.
11. You must have the legal right to use the image you provide for your Tribute.
12. There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but downtime is minimal and will only be done when switching servers or upgrading.
13. We promise not to sell or misuse any information that you have given to us.
14. When you purchase a Tribute space, you do not own own any part of this homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the main page in the respective space you have paid for.
